Following an intimate performance for the Legacy Concert Series in The Church Studio's Live Room to an audience of only 100, Teresa Knox had the opportunity to sit down with Kenny Loggins. In this video, Kenny discusses his thoughts on digital quality loss. Kenny Loggins, Grammy-Award-winning singer, songwriter, and guitarist, came from Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, then Loggins and Messina, to an exceptional solo career that brought “Meet Me Half Way,” “This Is It,” “I’m Alright,” “Forever,” “Whenever I Call You Friend, “Danny’s Song,” and so many more! Kenny has also been crowned, “King of the Movie Soundtrack” with his hits in Academy Award-nominated movie soundtrack successes such as A Star is Born, Caddyshack, Footloose, and Top Gun. Kenny’s extraordinary 4-decade career has brought joy to millions of people worldwide and it was an honor hosting him in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the historic The Church Studio for the Legacy Concert Series. Loggins and Messina was an American pop rock duo consisting of Kenny Loggins and Jim Messina, who achieved major chart success during the early-mid 1970s. Among their well-known songs are "Danny's Song", "House at Pooh Corner", and "Your Mama Don't Dance".
