The Chris White Experience & John Verity - Chocolate Cake (The Zombies Argent)
We are pleased to reveal the lyric video for ‘Chocolate Cake’ written by Chris White and David Jones and featuring @OnTenJohn, Jim Rodford and Bob Henrit. “A song I wrote with my friend David Jones. This version was recorded between my old flat and The Point Studios. I had just finished recording Colin Blunstone for the ‘Sings His Greatest Hits’ album in 1991, and shortly after started collecting material for his intended solo album. We recorded some demos at The Point Studios before the project was abandoned, with ‘Chocolate Cake’ one of those (now lost) demos. The version you hear here is with John Verity on vocals.” CW ‘Chocolate Cake’ is from the album The Chris White Experience ‘Volume Five - Production Sessions’ and is available on CD along with CWE volumes 1,2,3,4 & SPARROW from www.thechriswhiteexperience.com/store Video - Rossi’s Social Media @steverossi6525
