King's X : The comedic stylings of Ty Tabor and Jerry Wasley (how to kill time) #tytabor #kingsx
From the most excellent 6.38.1992 Summerfest Radio Show (Milwaukee WI). Classic show... fantastic performance even with all the problems.. maybe this made them so sharp for the astounding show the next night (the legendary Cleveland Empire Club show) So... since I am such a bootleg nerd when it comes to King's X we get some classics here... "For our next number..." (running joke for years) and we get Ty's infamous "Polar Bear" joke.. do you guys know the punchline? The band has had plenty of tech/equip problems over the years and some of those are now sort of sown into the legend of the band (I think my fave is the infamous "Fender Acoustronic" show referenced/filmed here: https://youtu.be/sBkoothKpb8) Hey... you... yes you, have any KX photos? I am always looking for more to populate future videos (credit given of course!) Also, if any of you have old KX vids on VHS that you want ripped... I am interested in helping you out or posting for you. I have a nice set up now for such things... let's get all we have out there for everyone ... that's my goal. As always... da band link... https://www.facebook.com/KingsXofficial/ #tytabor #jerrygaskill #kingsx #dugpinnick
