"Natural Ingredients" is the first album by this band from Manhattan released in August, 1994. "Here" was the third single after "Citysong" and "Deep Shag". Live performance at their hometown TV talk-show. Jill Cunniff, lead vocals and bass Gabby Glaser, guitar and vocals Vivian Trimble, keyboards Kate Schellenbach, drums Note: this comes from a lossy old flv file, so result is decent i think.
