David Foster protege Charice, a 17 year-old with a Celine-sized voice, and Deborah Cox backstage at the David Foster and Friends concert, which hits 10 U.S. cities (Boston, NY, Chicago, etc.) during Oct. & Nov. 2009. Charice is sending a video message to producer Shep Crawford and singer Tamia, who just formed the group TDK with Cox and Kelly Price. Charice sings a bit of Tamia's "If I Were You" (orignal produced by Crawford ), which Charice once performed in a TV talent show. TDK first single, "Queen," another Crawford production, will be released next Spring.
