AMIT TV (0073) Monday, 16 March 1987 saw an American-British ensemble group recording the Beatles single 'Let it be'. The single was released following the Zeebrugge Disaster, which had occurred on Friday, 6 March 1987, involving the capsizing of the MS Herald of Free Enterprise ferry, which killed 193 passengers and crew.
