Before music videos ruled MTV, there was the Midnight Special. Their hit “Hold Your Head Up” lit up American TV sets—and music history. This is a tribute to that moment. 🎸 Rod Argent – Keys, vocals 🎤 Russ Ballard – Guitar, vocals 🥁 Bob Henrit – Drums 🎸 Jim Rodford – Bass 👉 Follow for more rare performances and deep dives into classic rock, post-punk, and more. 🎧 New themes every week — Post-Punk Wednesdays, Midnight Special Fridays, Solo Saturdays, and more. #MidnightSpecialFriday #Argent #HoldYourHeadUp #RodArgent #TheZombies #ClassicRock #1970sRock #MidnightSpecial #LivePerformance #RockHistory #VintageRock #RussBallard #MusicLegends #RockTV #YouTubeMusic 🔔 Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe for more legendary tales from the history of rock, alt-rock, post-punk, indie, and beyond.
