No copywrite infringement intended. Following the departure of Terry Knight, The Fabulous Pack continued making regional hit songs on Lucky 11 Records. Harlem Shuffle, a re-make of the Bob & Earl classic, got tremendous airplay around Michigan, landing at #21 at WKNR Detroit, and top ten around the Flint/Saginaw area. Soul music singing duo, best known for recording the original version of "Harlem Shuffle" in 1963. The original line-up consisted of Robert Byrd (b. 1932) and Earl Nelson (b. 1928). They both had been members of [a383363], a Los Angeles doo-wop group whose major hit was "Buzz-Buzz-Buzz" in 1958. In 1960, Byrd and Nelson worked together as 'Bob & Earl' but, unfortunately, these releases had relatively scarce success, leading Byrd to restart his solo career.
