Bass Solo for Coffeehouse #1
This was a bass solo I did for Pflugerville High School's PAC first Semi-Annual Coffeehouse on December 10, 2021. This bass solo consist's of a nod to my hero Billy Sheehan in the beginning with the intro to the song "Had Enough" by Mr. Big. Then going into how Jason Newsted originally wrote "My Friend of Misery" by Metallica and goes into a intro to a song I wrote called "No More Feelings." Then goes into my tribute to my biggest hero Cliff Burton from Metallica playing "Anesthesia(Pulling Teeth)." Then pretty much the rest is an acoustic/clean bass solo called "Born Silent Life(In the End)" which was a little something I wrote as a tribute to Eddie Van Halen and Cliff Burton. Then the outro nodding to Megadeth a little bit with the outro of "Into the Lungs of Hell", and the outro to "The Call of Ktulu" by Metallica as another tribute to Cliff Burton. I hope you enjoyed and have a wonderful day with much love!❤️🤘
