In 2012, Deep Sea Arcade released their debut album Outlands to rave reviews. The indie rock record exploded onto the scene, and the Sydney natives were forced into planes and cars as the world wanted to get a glimpse of the band in a live setting. After three and a half years, whispers eventually surfaced of a sophomore album, and after breaking their social media silence, rumours turned to truth. ‘Learning To Fly’ is the new single and we got as many details as possible out of Nic Mckenzie and Nick Weaver about the upcoming LP.
About The Band
The Band were a Canadian-American rock band formed in Toronto, Ontario. It consisted of Canadians Rick Danko, Garth Hudson, Richard Manuel and Robbie Robertson and American Levon Helm. The Band's music combined elements of Americana, folk, rock, R&B, jazz and country, which influenced artists including George Harrison, Elton John, the Grateful Dead, Eric Clapton and Wilco.
