Siobhan Owen ~ Auld Lang Syne
Siobhan has been down at Fieldgate Studio near Cardiff recording some new songs for her next album. At the end of one of the sessions they found time to record this little video - a live performance of a song often associated with New Year, but is traditionally a farewell song often sung at gatherings at any time of year. "Auld Lang Syne" translates to "Old Time's Sake". This version of "Auld Lang Syne" is closer to the original Robert Burns tune than the one usually sung at New Year's Eve. Watch out for Siobhan's new album in March 2016! This song will be included on it. www.siobhanowen.com www.facebook.com/SiobhanOwenMusic www.twitter.com/siobhanowen
