KEYE TV, Austin Texas, 1999. I was thrilled to secure a spot for my British friend Terry on the noon news show at the TV station I worked for at the time. Forgive the poor video quality and the audio from the Control room, but this is still a treasure, a rare performance by Terry Clarke on American television.
About Terry Clarke
Terence Michael "Terry" Clarke C.M. (born August 20, 1944, Vancouver) is a Canadian jazz drummer. Clarke studied percussion with Jim Blackley and played with Chris Gage and Dave Robbins early in his career. From 1965 to 1967 he toured in a quintet with John Handy, and joined The Fifth Dimension in 1967, remaining with the ensemble until 1969.
