Garland Jeffreys discussing Arthur Lee and his own life and career
Another interview from the Beacon Theater Arthur Lee Benefit concert. Garland Jeffreys is a unique and wonderful artist and songwriter and, as a decades long fan, this was my first time meeting him and seeing him perform live. He has a sense of peace and self awareness that is rare in some music veterans - he also knows how to appreciate his gifts and his influences. If you get the chance to catch this great artist in performance - treat yourself to some enlightenment.
