"Well you know the Hoodoo King & the Hoodoo Queen, gave a little party down in New Orleans". Great opening lines to a great albeit super relaxed, New Orleans style performance. Tabby Thomas never did a lot else of note but this was a real goodie firmly buttressed by his easy rolling piano.

Ernest Joseph "Tabby" Thomas, also known as Rockin' Tabby Thomas, was an American blues musician. He sang and played the piano and guitar and specialized in swamp blues, a style of blues indigenous to southern Louisiana.
