From her first album, Joy In Living, which is mostly Ros rehearsing with a choir with 2 studio tracks thrown in, it's pretty weird. Roslyn Magorian (1931-2014) was a folk singer & children's entertainer from Buffalo, NY. She was the music director for 40+ years at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Williamsville, NY. She also ran and performed at the open mic at the Greenfield Coffeehouse for over 6 years and helped found the Buffalo Friends of Folk Music. She passed away on August 4th, 2014. "When I was younger, I used to want every child in the United States, or even the world, to have my tapes and sing my songs. But now I realize that in my little world there are different children coming through all the time. I can't take care of the whole world, but I can take care of and sing with the children here." - Ros Magorian, 1994
