IMPROV: CONTEMPORARY DANCE | You Gotta Be by Des'ree
This video initially came out as a collective project in partnership with Daloy Dance Company and Daloy Movement to share good vibes, positivity, and mindfulness in this time of isolation. We also like to encourage everyone to get up on their feet and just let the body do what it was made to do: MOVE. I was introduced to this song when it became part of a Sunday line-up in church. It was both cool and calm but it made a strong point to make the choice of balance between strength and stillness. Such a timely advice! May we keep in mind the rest of our life as it is yet to come and that what we have now may not be the same in the next moment. We should walk with eternity in mind but we keep the mark of excellence and genuine good in the moment. All choices, no matter big or small will always add up in the end. Let's make each of them count! #stillness #mindfulness #goodness #dance #improvisation #saturdaycover #contemporarydance # Music: You Gotta Be by Des'ree I do not own the rights to this song.
