During the years of 2 Raw For The Streets there were many moments captured by Big Star that he didn't realize just how classic they would be in the moment. This rare gem was filmed on August 15, 2003 at the Come Up Show (Power 99fm, Philly) and featured hosts Q-Deezy, Cosmic Kev, and guests KANYE WEST & his artist GLC. At the time of this interview Kanye's first full album had not dropped (if i'm not mistaken), and his video "Through The Wire" was debuted that told the story of his car accident, his history, and how he battled back to be able to still chase his dreams. It also talks about how Blessed he is to be alive after such a traumatic event. This interview is so rare that you have to listen to each and everything he says to catch all the gems. He talks about "Jesus Walks" and wanting to put out other music prior so people didn't think he was a christian rapper, helping out artists coming soon like John Legend, his journey with trying to be respected as a rapper.
