We’re in a messed up situation A messed up situation I’ve got a chest so tight it’s caged my lungs Even Houdini couldn’t get out of this one I’m reeling by the day Can’t seem to make sense of this place I call my head Better get the f**k out of my way We’re all starting to get a little psycho psycho And if you keep us locked up we’re gonna burn it down like PYRO PYRO It’s been sixteen weeks Can’t swallow this Hard medicine Hey, hey Bring out your dead Wash off the life and go back to bed Chlorine chlorine in my dreams Chlorine you’re my everything (Ladies and gentlemen what we are now experiencing is known as the tipping point The world feels faster when it’s falling and the city’s brighter when it’s burning) We’re all starting to get a little psycho psycho And if you keep us locked up we’re gonna burn it down like PYRO PYRO It’s been sixteen weeks Can’t swallow this Hard medicine Dress me up and wipe me clean Shadows always cling to me Paper bodies in the streets They came unplugged from the big machine Lovers lost to the beast that feeds Giving birth to insanity Burning cities in my dreams I’ve come unplugged from the big machine There’s blood, there’s blood Strike your matches til they’re used up This is too big for us to topple Bring wood and oil There’s blood, there’s blood Strike your matches til they’re used up This is too big for us to topple Bring wood and oil Hey hey, bring out your dead Wash off the life and go back to bed Hey hey, bring out your dead Wash off the life and go back to bed We’re all starting to get a little psycho psycho And if you keep us locked up we’re gonna burn it down like PYRO PYRO It’s been sixteen weeks Can’t swallow this Hard medicine Dress me up and wipe me clean Shadows always cling to me Paper bodies in the streets They came unplugged from the big machine Lovers lost to the beast that feeds Giving birth to insanity Burning cities in my dreams I’ve come unplugged from the big machine Written by Sam Matlock and Milkie Way Performed by Wargasm UK Co-produced and programmed by Kieron Pepper, courtesy of Volkano AD Mixed by Charlie Russell Mastered by LOUD Mastering Shot, directed and edited by Olli Appleyard.
