Folk rockers Crash Vegas as recorded live by YTV from the 4th annual CFNY Canada Day Festival. Over 30,000 people showed up annually at Molson Park in Barrie for a full days line-up of mostly Canadian bands. Hosted by YTV's Laurie Hibberd, Michael Q and Janice Mackey. Laurie Hibberd, now a US TV personality, married Gelman, producer of Live with Regis and Kelly. Michael Q(uast) is a VP of a technology company and Janis Mackey is Janis Mackey Fryer, much awarded veteran news reporter. Weather July 5, 1990 Barrie Ontario Canada - High 23, low 16.
