Ozzy Osbourne performing on April 13th, 1982 at Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena, Binghamton N.Y, on the Diary of a Madman tour, with the new member of the band, Mr. Brad Gillis, and this is his first show ever with Ozzy. And let me just say, he does an absolute brilliant job, stepping into the shoes of Randy Rhoads and taking over from Bernie Torme was done fluently by Brad, who in which made it look easy. Amazing audience recording of this show, now the setting of this show is described by Rudy in his autobiography: it contained no castle themed stage, as the venue couldn't fit it in. And it either the case that they didn't play Over the Mountain here, or it's not recorded by the person that recorded this show. Brad has gone and talked about this show in interviews, and said it was a "scary situation", and went on to say: Out of the 18 songs we played I screwed up on this one song called “Revelation Mother Earth,” which is a ballad that halfway through kicks into this metal chunk groove. I ended up going into that section a little too early and Ozzy turned to me and gave me this look of death which said, “You screwed up!” I stopped playing, regained my composure and got back into it and finished the song out. The next night Sharon Arden, now Osbourne, came up to me and said, “Bradley, you did great last night, but tonight don’t f**k up.” No pressure there! Bradley Frank Gillis (born June 15, 1957) is an American guitarist most famous for playing with the band Night Ranger. He grew up in Alameda, California. He was in the band Rubicon during the 1970s before Night Ranger. Since forming in 1979, Gillis and drummer Kelly Keagy are the only members to have appeared in every incarnation of the band and all studio releases. However, Keagy missed several shows for the first time in 2017. On Saturday, 8 May 2021, Gillis was absent from a Night Ranger show...
