Cherisse Ofosu-Osei (MIKA)

Cherisse has been playing drums since the age of 11, and by age 12 she was playing in bands. From a young age she was exposed to many different types of music and was fascinated by different styles of drumming. She got her first drum kit at the age of five, which was a pink Mickey Mouse drum kit given to her by her uncle. Cherisse is currently playing and touring with pop sensation MIKA(Casablanca/Universal Island UK), and has already appeared on major American TV shows including Good Morning America, Jay Leno and Jimmy Kimmel.
