Sista Monica Parker (Gary, Indiana (USA)1956 - 2014). A singer, and also songwriter and recordproducer who worked with the greatest: B.B. King, John Lee Hooker, Etta James, Gladys Knight, and so on! Mostly known 'cause of her Blues albums, she also was a gospel singer. A year after she passed away, she was rewarded the Blues Music Award in the 'Soul Blues Female Artist of the Year' category.
