Interview with dUg 4.2.1999 on German TV
From the show "night life" on local German TV (if someone would like to translate the German parts that would be appreciated). I think I can say the show runners are fans based on the interview (they gushed like I would meeting the band for the first time - as nice as the guys are... and they are!). So this was broadcast along with a few live songs (I posted an excellent version of 'The Train' a while back https://youtu.be/xYK0uWcjErc)... very cool stuff, dUg is almost always a fun interview. I really enjoy the stereotypes if Texas that the German guy brings up. The one thing I can't stand is that it is pretty clear there was a lot more footage shot here... so ... if anyone knows these guys go get it out of them ! (seems like open access to soundcheck and all sorts of cool stuff) and of course ... cmon now... pimp the band.. http://www.KingsXRocks.com

The Band were a Canadian-American rock band formed in Toronto, Ontario. It consisted of Canadians Rick Danko, Garth Hudson, Richard Manuel and Robbie Robertson and American Levon Helm.
