SFS Fall 2019: Alan Reid and Rob van Sante

"Alan and Rob delivered a show that was well received by the audience. They not only played songs from their nine years of touring together as a duo and songs from their newest CD, but crowd-pleasers from their Battlefield Band years. The songwriting and musicianship of both shown through all their selections – Rob with his tasteful guitar style and Alan alternating between guitar, accordion, and piano, and trading off on lead and harmony vocals. Many songs had audience participation, including one where everyone “diddled” after an excellent instructional example by Rob.
