Live music video from the concert of Heir Apparent @ Architecture Rock Cafe - Live Stage, Zografou, Athens, 29/04/2025 I apologize for the partly poor sound quality. I was very close to the stage, so the sound on the camera’s microphone was bunged up (muffled). Heir Apparent is a legendary progressive power metal band, which has remained in the consciousness of metal fans as one of the most misunderstood and underestimated bands, as due to various circumstances they never managed to gain the widespread recognition and success they truly deserved. However, in their first prolific period (1984- 1990) they released two amazing albums: "Graceful Inheritance" (1986) and "One Small Voice" (1989). They reactivated after 2000. The current lineup includes 2 members of the original lineup (Gorle and Davidson) as well as Bakke who was band member from 1986-7. Co-vocalist was the hyperactive with participations in many bands and almost permanent Greek resident Harry Conklin (The Greek audeince had the chance to admire him in March as singer of Titan Force). Moreover the young drummer A.J. Bernstein was amazing. It was a great honour and rare luck for the Greek audience that 4 out of the 5 stops of their mini tour in April - May 2025, were in Greece. The previous day they played at the same club having as supporting band the also amazing Greek power metallers Achelous. Unfortunately I was unable to attend that show, although I would have liked to. AMAZING PERFORMANCE by Heir Apparent that night, which turned us as years back remembering our carefree youth!
