Here's the complete broadcast of an NBC News special, Nothing to Fear: The Legacy of FDR (commemorating what would have been Franklin Delano Roosevelt's 100th birthday), as transmitted in Chicago over WMAQ Channel 5. The narrator is John Hart. All show voiceovers are by Howard Reig.
