This video is copyrighted. On August 8th, 1972, three bands performed at the Hollywood Palladium: The Jeff Beck Group, Foghat and Argent. Steve filmed all three bands, and here is the first film from that show: The Jeff Beck Group, who opened the concert that August night. Steve was not too far from the stage, and the lighting was good, but sadly his view was partially blocked by other audience members. He still managed to capture some great live moments from a band that seemed to be having a lot of fun on stage. Tim Bogert and Jeff Beck are the stars of the film, as Cozy Powell is barely visible and Bobby Tench only appears toward the end of the footage. Although they were still performing under the Jeff Beck Group name, this show was filmed only a few weeks after the band had officially announced its breakup. This short-lived transitional lineup would soon come to an end, with Beck and Bogert going on to form Beck, Bogert & Appice with drummer Carmine Appice. The audio I used to sync (with some difficulties !) this film was also recorded by Steve. I hope you'll enjoy that film ! As always, thanks to Steve for his wonderful work. And thanks to all the generous contributors ! If you like my work and wants more, please donate, thanks ! :) https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/thoman21
