During an interview with Smooth Radio in Manchester on July 19, 2024, The Jacksons (Jackie, Tito, and Marlon) share heartfelt praise for their nephew Jaafar Jackson and his remarkable performance as their brother Michael in the biopic MICHAEL. Marlon expresses deep pride in how Jaafar did not imitate Michael like others, but he “became Michael.” 🎥 Captured by Janneke van der Linden (Jackson Source). Jaafar Jackson portrays his uncle, Michael Jackson, in the highly anticipated biopic MICHAEL, set for a global release. Lionsgate is set to release the movie in the United States, while Universal Pictures will manage international distribution, with Kino Films handling the release in Japan. Directed by Antoine Fuqua, produced by Graham King with a screenplay by John Logan, this opportunity humbles and honors Jaafar as he brings his uncle's extraordinary story to life on the big screen.

Toriano Adaryll "Tito" Jackson (October 15, 1953 – September 15, 2024) was an American musician. He was a founding member of the Jackson 5 (later known as the Jacksons), a group who rose to fame in the late 1960s and 1970s with the Motown label and had continued success on the Epic label in the late 1970s and 1980s.
