The Bobby Hackett Quartet - Embraceable You
Hello again, everyone. It is November 26th, 2024, and today we have two songs from The Bobby Hackett Quartet's vinyl recording of "Easy Beat", released in 1959. The first song is called "Embraceable You." I was not familiar with Bobby Hackett before I picked this record up, but I had a really good time listening to this album, definitely a great cohesive experience. When I was researching this album, I learned that Hackett is regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of jazz. I will have to pick up more of his records when I get the opportunity. I hope you enjoy the music, and thank you for listening with me! :) MY FAVORITE PARTS: 0:00 Vibraphone 0:09 Trumpet 2:08 Piano
