Israeli-Rajasthani Band: Shye Ben Tzur

We were lucky to attend Ashkenaz festival at WestJet stage of Harbour Front Toronto. This performance was by the band "Shye Ben Tzur" on 2nd Sept 2012. This Song is "Dil ke Bahaar" .Fusion of israeli and rajasthani folk. Mesmerizing concert. Dont miss the Kartaals jugalbandi by Chugge Khan and Kutle Khan of Dewarist fame. We also got photgraph done with the band backstage. On interacting with the band we learnt that its based in Ajmer Rajasthan from the past 15 years. This is Shye Ben Tzur's debut performance in North America with the band members Shye Ben Tzur (bandleader, flute), Chugge Khan (vocals), Kutle Khan (vocals), Michel M'BA N'GUEMA (bass), Yaron Eilam (guitars) and Sean Thomas Dixon (drums). p.s.
