TYGERS OF PAN TANG - A New Heartbeat (official video)

Taken from Tygers Of Pan Tang's new EP "A New Heartbeat" out on Mighty Music on February 25th 2022. Video Concept: A New Heartbeat By the time the World had persevered through over a year of the Covid-19 pandemic we were all in a very bleak state and the band, presented here in black and white from the onset, is reference to that. As the song progresses and the pandemic worsens each member loses definition, becoming a different person to who they once were. Each member is often in their own modular shape just as many of us have been when having to quarantine, but we also come together at times just as we did during the writing of the new album. The vibrant green, present throughout the video, represents three elements; the moving modular shapes are the covid virus threat that is constantly shifting towards and away from us; the ECG pulse is the aspiration and fortitude to overcome the disease and the menacing tiger in the background is constantly moving towards the screen as we all, together fight and push forward, challenging the pandemic head-on. Towards the end of the video we see a further change clearly indicating promising signs ahead. Messing around with everybody's life Who do you think we are? We still believe we’ve got the right The right to be wrong The power to show we're strong Enough to spread our word and no other voice at all Close to the edge leaving no footsteps Out on the ledge we can make it till the end Hold on tight to your dreams at night ’Til the morning light Built with them a new reality Let them live, fill the streets Accept no defeat Give the world a brand new heartbeat Is it right to be afraid? When you feel nothing but pain Is it right to be afraid? Don't give up, you can still play the game A game without end You can't log out my dear friend You're part of it no matter what you think I guess Close to the edge leaving no footsteps Out on the ledge we can make it till the end Hold on tight to your dreams at night ’Til the morning light Built with them a new reality Let them live, fill the streets Accept no defeat Give the world a brand new heartbeat #nwobhm #anewheartbeat #mightymusic #heavymetal
