From what I've noticed from the live footage of the band playing this song that I've managed to find, Evanescence themselves have changed tunings several times over the years. Initially former guitarist Terry Balsamo would play this in either C Standard or Drop C (I couldn't figure out exactly which of them it was), but during the more recent years I've noticed Jen Majura has been playing this song in Drop A#. Basically any tuning from C Standard and below is just fine for playing this song.
