Produced by Sanders "Skip" Bryant/Elisse Ramey/Ken Sands 2015 EMMY nominated video featuring Motown's Famous Hitsville USA Studio A, with rare behind the scenes footage and performances. To address the negative comments...this was intended to be a story told from the personal perspective of sound engineer Ken Sands memories of working at Hitsville, so it does not chronicle the entire history of Motown Records and many musicians and contributors hadn't been mentioned not intentionally. Also about our tour guide Ian; He did his best under the circumstances which he was totally unaware he'd be needed for the recording, but did it anyway with no preparation. If we could've had Berry Gordy or Smokey Robinson give the tour we would have, so to Ian's credit this video wouldn't have been possible without him. Thank you Ian! About Smokey Robinson
William "Smokey" Robinson Jr. is an American R&B and soul singer, songwriter, and record producer. He was the founder and frontman of the pioneering Motown vocal group the Miracles, for which he was also chief songwriter and producer.
