When Eddie Van Halen was playing “316”—as part of his solo guitar—during Van Halen III Tour held at CoreStates Spectrum, Philadelphia, on May 24th, 1998, Wolfie Van Halen ran towards his Dad from the backstage and kissed him. Three years later, when Eddie was playing “316”—as part of his solo guitar—during Van Halen 4th Formation Tour held at Wachovia Center, Philadelphia, on October 1st, 2007, Wolfie didn’t ran nor walk towards him anymore. Why? Because Wolfie had officially become the new bass player of Van Halen as seen during Van Halen 4th Formation Tour held at Bell Center, Montreal, on November 10th, 2007.
