Lowell Fulson AKA Lowell Fulsom / His 1960's recordings on the Kent Records label were released as "Lowell Fulsom". American blues guitarist, singer and songwriter, born 31 March 1921 in Chocktaw Indian Reservation, Tulsa, Oklahoma, died 6 March 1999 in Long Beach, California.
